In April of 2007, we started
construction on our new building at 222 Dorset Street.
We took an existing car dealership and began to transform
it into a beautiful new natural foods store. The photos
below and in the following pages will be evidence that
anything really can happen with enough energy, endurance,
and perseverance.
We started with demolition of the building, but we made
sure to keep the exiting roof and main structure in order
to recycle and reuse as much of the existing materials
as possible.
