June: more concrete work
and more sitework. It felt endless at times. Underslab
electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration also took place.
It was incredible to see them map out all the locations
of coolers, cases, and shelving while just working in
the dirt.
Then, magically, our steel arrived one day. And CONSTRUCTION
began. The steel went up like a giant puzzle, finally
revealing the outline and shape of the building to come.
