In November, the project
and the building were feeling more and more real. Inside
wiring was happening, as was painting and tons of plumbing.
Inside doors and windows are framed and installed. Our
walk-in coolers and freestanding coolers and freezers
showed up, but not before one of our 9 tractor trailers
skidded off I-89, closing the road for hours and giving
all of us quite a scare.
Outside, the parking lot was finished with pavement and
landscaping, just before a giant snow storm.
