Healthy Living was a baby store back in 1986, when we
bought it from Thomas and Lauren Greither. They had started
it the year before, and soon realized that owning a natural
foods store really wasn't what they wanted to do. The
little store was 1200 square feet and we had about 25
customers on a good day! After about seven years of learning
how to actually run a business, we doubled our size. In
1998 we moved to our current location and have been happily
playing store ever since. Healthy Living is owned and
operated by Katy Lesser, who has lived in Underhill for
the past 30 years in a house on a hill. |
