HL Rockin’ it out at SPAC’s 2013 Rock & Run

What a day we had yesterday at SPAC’s 4th Annual Rock & Run! Over twenty bands came out from the region to set up along the course for racers to rock out to. Healthy Living was there at the finish with plenty of bananas, cold-brewed ice coffee, and an abundance of snacks for racers and the fans.
