HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE
It’s so easy! Use the use the fresh organic cranberries
on sale or VT Cranberry Co.’s fresh local cranberries.
1 ½ lbs cranberries
1 cup fresh tangerine juice or orange
½ cup water
zest from 1 tangerine or orange
? cup dry red wine
1 cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of cloves
Put everything together in a stock pot and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring
frequently. While the sauce is cooling, give it the occasional
stir. Cool and serve.
Makes 8-10 servings
