MEDITERRANEAN TUNA SALAD
2 cans tuna -- drained and shredded
1/4 cup red onion -- diced fine
1 each tomato -- seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon garlic -- minced
1/4 cup kalamata olives -- sliced
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons green olives -- washed and patted dry and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley -- washed and patted dry and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon chili flake
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
So simple! Combine all ingredients
